, the trust, corporate and fund services group, has appointed Lisa Tan as head of corporate services of its Singapore office.

Tan has over 10 years' experience working with both private clients and corporate entities. At KPMG, she specialised in corporate income tax compliance and advisory work for large multinational companies.

The firm currently has 14 global offices including Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Luxembourg, the Cayman Islands, Australia New Zealand, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Miami.
